  1. Service scope

Our sessions are wellness-focused and non-medical. MindTune does not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions. Neurofeedback is offered as a self-regulation and performance tool. Our programs are evidence-informed and designed to support brain performance and cognitive longevity under trained and certified professional supervision.

2. Booking & rescheduling

Sessions can be booked via WhatsApp or online. We ask for a minimum of 12 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. Last-minute cancellations (under 12 hours) may incur a 50% charge. No-shows are billed in full.

3. Payments

All sessions must be paid in advance or at the time of the session. Package payments are non-transferable unless upgraded to the next tier within 14 days and expire after 6 months.

4. Results disclaimer

Outcomes may vary per individual. While most clients report noticeable shifts, MindTune does not guarantee specific results.

5. Consent & age policy

Sessions for minors must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, with consent provided before the first session.

6. Right to refuse service

MindTune reserves the right to decline service in cases where conditions or behavior may interfere with safety, respect, or intended outcomes.

7. Updates

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services implies agreement with the
current version.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is central to the MindTune experience. Everything you share with us, personally, emotionally, and neurologically, is protected with the highest level of confidentiality.

  • All personal information and brain-mapping data you share with us is kept strictly confidential and fully secure.

  • We collect only what’s needed to deliver your sessions, generate your reports, and enhance your experience.

  • Your information is never shared or disclosed to anyone without your explicit written consent, unless required by UAE law.

  • All data is encrypted, stored securely, and accessible only to certified MindTune professionals involved in your care.

  • You may request to update your information, download your final analysis report, or delete your entire data at any time.
